is a bookkeeping application under Windows 7/XP
and Windows 2003 working according Bulgarian Account
Laws.
It
supports an
automatic connection with the programs KLIENT and STORAGE by draft
documents.
LICENSE
PURPUSE
The main aim of the system is to
help the accountant in management of financial, product, store, human
and contractor resources using the principle
of book-keeping by double entry. The user is given capability to
construct flexible structure of accounts, to calculate all profits and
net ones, interests, client obligations, currency rates, payment plans,
material and nonmaterial assets. The system can export all reports in MS
Excel and MS Word formats.
USAGE
The program suggests two ways of document processing.
The first one is to input account information from ready-made documents
such as income and output orders and receipts. The operator uses primary
documents. In the second approach the user can generate documents and
the system automatically inputs information in the account system. See
the figures bellow.

The user can set all necessary information about the document,
vendor/client and contract. The VAT is calculated automatically and the
system generates corresponding
VAT operation.

The user can select two ways of
accounting – immediate or by draft document. In the second case the
operator
can input
information that will be accounted later. Lots of documents can be
selected and accounted in the package mode.
The system allows the user to print
out on the printer or see on the screen many different reports. All
reports can be made in the synthetical, analytical or chronological way.
The information in the reports can
be ordered with many conditions and options. The system supports all
necessary functions for preparing the reports in magnetic form.
The
system allow that
the user can process documents and see a report at the same time.
